GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY FOR ALL ORDER

Fulfillment Time

For Item with Ready Stock, items will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days.

All Order will be processed on the same day on weekday or working day with cut off time at 2pm (Malaysian Time GMT +0800). All weekend or public holidays order will be processed on the next working day.

For Pre-Order and any other Order that do not have Ready Stock status, please contact us at info@ for estimate delivery time as it may vary depending on the circumstances.

 

Change of Shipping Address

Only applicable to package NOT yet shipped. Please email us at info@ with the email address registered during the transaction and include your Order ID together with the previous and new shipping address. We do not guarantee that such change may be affected if not brought to our attention in a timely manner. Any change of shipping address request is subjected to our verification, inspection and approval before it can be effected.

If package is shipped, no change of Shipping Address is possible.

 

Lost or Damaged Package

We at will take every possible step to minimize and/or avoid any untoward incident that may arise, however the shipping partner is not under purview or control. We will work with you in the event of a shipping issue. Please contact us at info@ shall any of such issue arise.

For any lost package claim however so arise, a Police Report for stolen or missing package is required. We will then conduct our own inquiries into such claim and work with our logistic partner to resolve the issue.

All shipping will be handled by appointed official logistic partner and may change from time to time depending on circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Time Estimate

Peninsula Malaysia – within 1 to 3 working days.
East Malaysia – within 3 to 8 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE

Please note that ships most order from Malaysia. Pre-Order, Special Order or certain products may be shipped directly by the manufacturers from their respective country located outside Malaysia.

Special Service for International Orders 

We are able to accommodate UNDER-DECLARATION for International order shipped from Malaysia to HELP YOU avoid taxes / tariffs especially on high value item to the best of our abilities. Any such request must be indicated clearly in the note section during checkout if so required. We make no promise or guarantee that your package will not be subjected to any taxes, tariffs and/or fees by your country.

 

International Shipping Providers

All International Order shipped from Malaysia will be handled by UPS, Aramex, FedEx, SF Express or Ninja Van at the customer’s choosing during Check Out.

International Orders may be subjected to additional fees, charges, taxes and/or tariffs dictated by the country receiving the package, the international carrier and/or the freight forwarder.

Due to regular changes in Weather, Inter Country Conflict and many unforeseen circumstances, Shipping Time changes regularly depending on circumstances. Please refer to information provided during Check Out for more accurate estimate.

FREIGHT FORWARDING DISCLAIMER

 will not be held responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that may occurs to goods and/or item and/or package after they have left our warehouse and/or delivered to a freight forwarder and/or intermediary address and/or person. will not be able to provide any replacement or any refund for any shipment taken outside of Malaysia by hand, using a freight forwarding service and/or any other method and/or transport whatsoever and howsoever.

 

INTERNATIONAL FEES & TAXES

 do not control the taxes/duties/tariffs/fees set by your country, the international carrier and/or the freight forwarder.

Although we provide under-declaration service, please be advised that there might be taxes, duties, and fees incurred at the destination custom. Please check with your local or federal government for more information and confirmation.

 

REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS

In the event that a customer wishes to not pay the customs fees associated with their goods and/or item and/or package, it will be returned to by their country. Any shipping costs will be the burden of the customer. If the customer received free shipping, the shipping cost for both trips will be deducted from the amount that may be eligible for refund.

Please note that some countries will require that customs be paid for even if the package never leaves customs. Refusal to pay customs fees in these countries, will result in the fees and any shipping costs to be deducted from the amount that may be eligible for refund. In the event that the fees exceed the purchase price, reserves the right to bill the customer for the difference and customer are deemed to have agreed and accepted such arrangement and/or condition.
