ORDER, CANCELLATION, DELIVERY, RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL ORDER, CANCELLATION, DELIVERY, RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY.
1. STANDARD ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY -
For Normal Ready Stock Item, order cannot be cancelled once any deposit and/or payment is made.
2. PRE-ORDER, CUSTOMIZED ORDER, SPECIAL ORDER, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT ORDER, SPECIAL EDITION OR LIMITED EDITION ITEM ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY -
- This Policy is applicable to all other order that do not fall under Standard Order and Cancellation Policy.
- All and/or any deposit and/or payment made are final as the deal is sealed and finalized upon such deposit and/or payment due to the special arrangement and/or nature of such order.
- Customer may apply for a refund or exchange to other item (if the new item is of higher value, top up of price difference is required) only if suppliers or manufacturers are not able to fulfill the Pre-Order, Customized Order, Special Order, Special Arrangement Order, Special Edition or Limited Edition Item Order.
3. STANDARD WARRANTY POLICY -
- Applicable only if manufacturing defect is found.
- Any defect cause by human factor and/or acts of God are not covered.
- Standard Warranty Period for transducers and/or electronic devices is normally 1 Year (365 Days) from the date of receiving the item with proof of receipt except where implicitly and/or explicitly stated on the product page.
- Certain item may have varying warranty period, please contact us at info@ for confirmation.
- All Free Gift and/or Free Item given away with or without consideration and/or purchase are not covered under any warranty.
- All Accessories ordered separately and/or bundled and/or included with transducers and/or electronic devices are not covered under any warranty.
- Any claim under this policy must be initiated within the stated Standard Warranty Period of the specific item starting from the day of receiving the item with proof of receipt by sending the Scan In of Original Invoice and/or Receipt and/or Proof of Purchase, photos of the item and customer registered information during the transaction to info@.
- All returns must first obtain prior approval and/or Return Merchandise Authorization from in writing.
- All item must be returned in its original condition together with all accessories contained within and all original box and packaging as when it was purchased.
- Return item are subjected to inspection and/or approval and manufacturer’s approval.
- 2-ways postage and any fees incurred and all liabilities shall be fully borne by the customer unless prior arrangement are made and agreed between both parties in writing prior to executing said arrangement.
- Any manufacturing defects that occur after the stated Standard Warranty Period of the specific item is not applicable under this policy and are not eligible for any return, refund, exchange and/or warranty claim whatsoever.
4. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY POLICY -
- In the case that customer refuse any delivery, all liability shall be fully borne by customer and all shipping fees, custom fees, taxes, tariffs and/or any other fees associated with the goods and/or item and/or package and all cost arising thereof will be deducted from the amount the customer paid for the order, even if the product is returned back to
- In the event that the fees exceed the purchase price, reserves the right to bill the customer for the difference and customer are deemed to have agreed and accepted such arrangement and/or condition.
5. INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUE POLICY -
- Any and All incompatibilities issue do not qualify for any return, refund, exchange, and/or warranty claim whatsoever.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the respective manufacturer regarding compatibility with their devices and/or gears.
6. COMPLIANCE AND FAILURE TO COMPLY POLICY -
- Application under any Policy and/or for any Claim will only be given consideration if and when it is made in good faith based on factual basis and must fulfill all criteria set out in this Policy and/or Terms and Conditions.
- Any defect by human factor and/or acts of God are not covered under any policy or warranty.
- All due process must be initiated within the specified period and all procedures strictly adhered to.
- All cost, fees and liability for return shall be fully borne by customer.
- All return, refund, exchange and/or warranty claim must first obtain prior approval and/or Return Merchandise Authorization from in writing.
- No return, refund, exchange and/or warranty claim without prior approval and/or Return Merchandise Authorization in writing will be given consideration and if return has been made and received by , item will be shipped back to the customer.
- Return item are subjected to inspection and/or approval and manufacturer’s approval.
- Shipping back to customer will be arranged by and will be handled by appointed official logistic partner and may change from time to time.
- 2-ways postage and any fees incurred including but not limited to any customs fees, taxes and tariffs that may be associated with the goods and/or item and/or package and all liability arising thereof shall be fully borne by customer unless prior arrangement are made and agreed between both parties in writing prior to executing said arrangement.
- If the item returned to was without prior approval and/or Return Merchandise Authorization from in writing or the item returned was subsequently rejected for any applied claim, item will be shipped back to customer and customer will be responsible to reimburse for all fees incurred including but not limited to the shipping fees to return the item to customer and any other fees associated with such a return and all cost including but not limited to any customs fees, taxes and tariffs that may be associated with the goods and/or item and/or package and all liability arising thereof will be fully borne by customer.
- All such fees and reimbursement payment must be paid in full by customer to before any arrangement for shipping the item back to customer can be made.
- If customer refuse to make such reimbursement payment on a timely basis, returned items wherever if defective or otherwise will only be held by for up to 30 days starting from the day it was received.

POLICY SPECIFIC TO DOMESTIC ORDER ONLY.
7. CHANGE OF MIND POLICY -
- Change of Mind application may be made by customer within 3 days starting from the day of receiving the item with proof of receipt
- Only applicable to Normal Price Item and Normal Ready Stock Item.
- Sales, Mark down and/or Free Item are not eligible.
- Customer may top up the difference in price to a higher value item.
- Price difference is not refundable if customer decided to change to a lower value item.
- All item must be in 100% new & factory sealed condition when we receive the item and are subjected to our inspection and approval.
- 2-ways postage and any fees incurred and all liabilities shall be fully borne by the customer unless prior arrangement are made and agreed between both parties in writing prior to executing said arrangement.
- All Change of Mind application must be initiated within 3 days starting from the day of receiving the item with proof of receipt by sending the Scan In of Original Invoice/Receipt and/or Proof of Purchase, photos of the item and customer registered information during the transaction to info@ and are subjected our prior inspection and approval.

8. 7 DAYS 1 TO 1 EXCHANGE WARRANTY POLICY -

POLICY SPECIFIC TO INTERNATIONAL ORDER ONLY.
9. STANDARD WARRANTY POLICY -
- Products shipped internationally are eligible for claim under Standard Warranty Policy.
- However, any customs fees, taxes and tariffs that were associated with your package is non-refundable in the event of a return. is not the recipient nor have any control over these costs and therefore has no ability to make any refund.
- International Order or Return are not eligible for Prepaid Return Shipping, regardless if item is defective or otherwise.
- Customer must ship at their own expense including but not limited to any customs fees, taxes and tariffs that may be associated with the goods and/or item and/or package and all liability arising thereof shall be fully borne by customer.
- International shipping fees to return the item to customer regardless of circumstance and all cost incurred including but not limited to any customs fees, taxes and tariffs that may be associated with the good and/or item and/or package and all liability arising thereof shall be fully borne by customer.
- Any arrangement other than those stated above must be made and agreed by both parties in writing prior to executing said arrangement.
10. FREIGHT FORWARDING POLICY -
- will not be held responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that may occurs to goods and/or item and/or package after they have left our warehouse and/or delivered to a freight forwarder and/or intermediary address and/or person.
- will not be able to provide any replacement or any refund for any shipment taken outside of Malaysia by hand, using a freight forwarding service and/or any other method and/or transport whatsoever and howsoever.
11. REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS POLICY -
- In the event that a customer wishes to not pay the customs fees associated with their goods and/or item and/or package, it will be returned to by their country.
- Any shipping costs will be the burden of the customer.
- If the customer received free shipping, the shipping cost for both trips will be deducted from the amount that may be eligible for refund.
- Please note that some countries will require that customs be paid for even if the package never leaves customs.
- Refusal to pay customs fees in these countries, will result in the fees and any shipping costs to be deducted from the amount that may be eligible for refund.
- In the event that the fees exceed the purchase price, reserves the right to bill the customer for the difference and customer are deemed to have agreed and accepted such arrangement and/or condition.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
12. Any arrangement other than those stated above must be made and agreed by both parties in writing prior to executing said arrangement.
13. Unless the context otherwise clearly indicates, words used in the singular include the plural, the plural includes the singular.
14. reserve the right to make the final decisions and/or to change and/or amend these Policy and/or Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.
